Key Account Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our Building Solutions (HBS) business in Brisbane.

As the Key Account Manager, you will lead the overall long term strategy and relationship of HBS for a number of our major key accounts, within a given portfolio to maximize the financial results of those accounts.

You will be expected to build high and wide relationships, establish a defensible barrier to competitors, with a pivotal requirement of the Key Account Manager role being to drive customer competitive migration across the portfolio of given accounts.

To successfully achieve the targets and objectives of this role, you must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of successfully managing comparable large-scale and high-value accounts.

  • Tertiary qualified (trade or degree) in a business or engineering related discipline is preferred.

·         Relevant sales experience selling directly within the building industry is highly desirable.

·         Proven experience in cross selling and consultative selling with experience in collaborating across both client and own organization to drive a One-Honeywell approach

·         Demonstrated experience in customer engagement at senior levels and building long-term strategic and executive relationships.

  • Solid understanding of customer financials and the ability to build business case investments.
